
Jeffery Kile, M.D. was born and raised in Wilkes Barre, PA. He is a Cum Laude graduate from King's College, Wilkes Barre, and received his Medical Doctorate from the Medical College of PA/Hahnemann University (Drexel University) in Philadelphia. He is a Diplomate, American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Kile completed his pediatric residency at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, Cleveland OH, where he also served as Chief Resident and Clinical Instructor in the Department of Pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University. After returning to the Wyoming Valley, Dr. Kile graduated in 2009 from Kings College again, with a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration.
Dr. Kile is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and sits as an elected executive committee member on the AAP's Section on Telehealth. He has spoken nationally on the topic of telehealth and has published on this topic. He has done research on West Nile Virus epidemiology and has published and lectured on this topic too. In 2008, Dr. Kile received a distinguished research award from Allied Academies for his publication on physician executive education.
Dr. Kile is an advisory board member for Luzerne and Wyoming County's Mental Health/Mental retardation program and has been a volunteer for the Untied Way's Success by Six / Milestones Matter campaign. He is also a member of the Northeast Pediatric Society. He is clinical adjunct faculty for the King's College Physician Assistant Program.
Dr. Kile joined Pediatric Associates of Kingston in 2003 and is accepting patients from birth to 21 years of age.
