Let our Board Certified Lactation Consultant guide you through one of the most exciting paths you will ever encounter with your newborn.

FRIENDS & FAMILY- CPR

Would you know what to do if your child suddenly stopped breathing, began to choke on a piece of food or toy? Join us for this informative class on infant/child CPR and choking to be better prepared. Please note: this class is not a certification class. $25/person, advanced payment required.



INFANT MASSAGE

Massaging your baby is done with your heart, not just your hands. Finally, a program that Dad, along with Mom or any Primary Caregiver can participate in together as a family.

Is your infant Colicky? Constipated? Gassy? Not Sleeping?

Although Infant Massage is primarily intended to promote the infant/parent relationship, it also improves infant muscle tone, circulation and sensory awareness, and babies who suffer from the above conditions may benefit from massage, and so will the parents. Results you need to see to believe!

This Group class is on 2 separate dates.

This course is designed for caregivers of children 5ys to pre-teen. Learn how to enhance your parental/guardian relationship so that both kids and adults get win-win situations that build trust, along with offering methods for reducing day to day stress of being a parent/guardian. Find out which methods to use that will improve child's emotional adjustment and well being which allows you to manage them before they manage you. Your not alone, let our experts help you learn some effective methods for dealing with your daily issues of raising a child in todays ever complex world.

Child Online Housecall for pediatric symptoms is designed for when your doctor's office is closed and you need to know what to do for your child's common symptoms and injuries.

ADVICE FOR MILD, CONSOLABLE CRYING
Most infants/toddlers become somewhat irritable and fussy when sick or overtired. Crying tells us your child is not feeling well. If the crying responds to comforting, it's probably not serious.
