• We'll ask you to present your insurance card at all appointments so we can verify your benefits and eligibility.
• If your insurance coverage changes please let us know in advance and have the new insurance card available to present at our office.
• Notify your insurance company when you have a newborn to add to your policy.
• Always check with your insurance company for specific coverage of age related services. (well vists, immunizations, screenings, etc).
